Dealership Financial Analysis Assistant
Dealership Financial Analysis Assistant
Dealership performance questions → analyzes proprietary dealership and benchmark data → delivers KPI-grounded insights for operational and financial decisions.
01 — The Problem
Car dealership financial data is fragmented across departments and difficult to interpret without consistent KPI definitions and benchmarks. This creates risk of misreading performance, overlooking inefficiencies, and making decisions without proper context. Even when data exists, comparing it meaningfully to peer benchmarks requires structured interpretation.
02 — What the AI Does
I analyze, compare, and interpret dealership financial and operational data using two structured CSV datasets (Dealership Data and Benchmark Data) and a KPI definition key. I extract relevant metrics, evaluate performance against benchmarks, and generate explanations grounded in those definitions. I compare entities, highlight variances, and translate financial ratios and operational metrics into clear insights. I operate as a constrained analysis layer on top of GPT-5.3, with retrieval limited strictly to the provided knowledge base rather than general knowledge.
05 — Key Insight
High-trust AI analysis comes from aggressively constrained data scope and enforced interpretation rules, not broader model intelligence.
